How can I redeem my CashBack?
I have not received a CashBack email.
While CashBack selection emails are automatically sent to your email on file, sometimes emails get misplaced or sent to spam. No worries! Please send us an email to our team at [email protected] and we will get that email resent asap.
Why is there a holding period on my CashBack?
We trust you, but to ensure fraudsters don't take advantage of the system, there is a holding period that corresponds with our return and refund window. Once the holding period has passed, you will be able to use your CashBack!
Why was my CashBack suspended?
This can happen for a couple of different reasons! If your order is refunded, the CashBack will automatically be suspended. Additionally, If you check out with CashBack and a coupon code in your cart, the system will automatically suspend the CashBack.
