How do I check the status of my order?Updated a year ago

To check the status of your order, you can simply log into you Waterboy account, or create your account, and click on "View Orders" to get the latest update. 

To create or log in to your Waterboy account, please follow this link: https://waterboy.com/account/login.

Additionally. once your order ships, you will receive a tracking information email from our team at [email protected]. If you're unable to locate the email in your main inbox after 3 business days, please check your spam folder. 

If you misspelled your email address or checked out without an email address, we are happy to update your account, just send us a message!
