Return Policy

All sales are final, unless the product is defective! However, we stand by our products. If you would like to request an exchange or are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us via our form here with 'Return/Exchange' as the subject line or send us an email at [email protected]


Please note, we monitor returns and exchanges and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who may misuse or abuse the policy. 


When will I get my refund?

Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed. Please be aware that there may be an additional waiting period from your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment. 

We'll send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know it's on the way. 


What happens if my refund is delayed/still has not arrived?
